The main Rapids part
After a brefing and the loan of the equipment (vest, helmet, single or double paddle according to your wishes, and of course kayak or canoe), you will take a shuttle for a 15 minutes lift then you will be ready to start this 8km whitewater trip. Some navigation tips and safety instructions will be given by our qualified instructors.

Summary of the canoeing – Ganges > Valrac
This part of « Les Gorges de l’Hérault » is were your are going to find the bigests rapids. After starting on the location of Ganges you will have 1km to train before arriving at the Middle Age village of Laroque. From here you will succesively pass « la Glissière » (concrete dike that you will slip on), the « Grand S », the « Petit s » then you will arrive to the beautifull Landscape of these more than 100m Gorges of Saint Bauzille de Putois. One more rapid known as « Les Piquets » then from here the river gets more quiet until the rapid of « Le Pont-Suspendu », 5 minutes latter you will arrive to our base of Kayak Hérault where your car is waiting. You can enjoy one last swim and find refreshments and snacks on our beach.
